Each week, GirlAndGoals will take the 3 Reels we've already created for you and post them directly to your Instagram account.

We'll handle the posting details so you can focus on running your business.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • Posting of your 3 GirlAndGoals-created Reels per week

  • Simple captions to accompany each Reel

  • Adding trending or appropriate audio when applicable

  • Selecting a cover from the Reel when needed

  • Scheduling or publishing your Reels throughout the week

  • Basic hashtags and/or keywords when appropriate

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Your 3 Reels will be posted throughout the week based on the schedule we determine works best for your content.

Because you're leaving the posting to us, posting days, times, captions, audio, and other publishing details are selected at our discretion.

You do not need to send posting reminders or tell us when to publish each Reel — we've got it from there.
