We post the content you give us. Whether it’s images for a regular post/ carousel or a video for a reel.
If you’d like a special reel/post that requires editing with another tool besides Instagram, you may order what you need from our A’la carte Design Menu (Payments must be made first)

All weekly social media posting will start on Mondays. Payments must be made by Sunday at midnight to start the week. You may not pay later for posting.
Payments made on time allows us time to plan your post for the week and make sure our assistants are paid on time as well.

If no payment is made by Sunday, you can wait until the next week for posting. Late payments will not be allowed.
If you are apart of the discounted subscription plan and your plan is canceled on your part or due to non payment you may not take part in the discounted plan again.

Vacation: full month of August
Christmas: December 21 - December 28, 2024
New Years: December 29 - January 12, 2025
If anything changes or we can not post for any reason of our own for any week, you will be notified 5 days in advance.

You can pause your online subscription whenever you want. Just Let us know before the upcoming Sunday so you won’t be charged for the week.
After 2 months of being on pause, we will fully cancel your account. We can not promise you there will be an opening available again. We take on a limited number of accounts and may take on new clients if slots are available.

Always. But if you’re trying to stick with an aesthetic on your feed we suggest you post to your stories instead.

You can. Your payment will be $5.00 more than our online subscription.
