This year, I've been working with a new start-up company, Clean House Chicago. It's been so much fun working with Key Crossly on her new branding. Key came to me wanting something clean, modern, and fresh for her organic cleaning business. In the beginning, Key focused mainly on the color green. I wanted to push her to see that just because others use green to give an eco-friendly feel, she didn't have to do the same. She could pair it with other colors like soft corals and melon for a more modern and chic look .
Key chose to go with a calligraphy style font. After building the website, we decided to add in a dark navy to the Clean House Color scheme. Navy adds a bit more sophistication and it's not as harsh as the color black.
Her marketing materials consisted of thank you cards, door hangers, business cards, and flyers.
