Sunday Brunch Mesler Kitchen Chicago

Brunching is one of the many ways you can kick it with your girls or go on a date day with your boo. It’s also one of my self care things that I enjoy away from the stresses of everyday. I love going to new restaurants, especially when they are posh and chic.

In celebration of one of our friends birthday, today we visited Mesler for brunch in Hyde Park, Chicago.
The place was beautiful with charming lighting and art on every wall.

I think we chose a perfect day to come. It wasn’t crowded at all which made it even more intimate. Perhaps because people are still enjoying their holiday at home, are still on vacation or maybe the restaurant is still a hidden gem, I’m not sure.

Our most favorite meals were the Shrimp and Grits and the Chicken and Pearl Sugar Waffles of course I ordered the waffles. We ordered a round of mimosas and then surprised our girl Porsha with birthday gifts.

Once we finished eating, one of the servers allowed me to view the private dining area. There’s also table and lounge areas outside where you can eat when it gets warm. I was told, to reserve the private area it’s $100 down and $60 per head with a set menu, and I believe there is a minimum of 10 guest to book.

I give our experience here, four stars. Customer service was great and so was the atmosphere. Food was good and inexpensive as well. Let us know if you try❤️
